Beef goes to processing in June. We sell by the whole, half, or quarter. A deposit reserves your spot. Final price is calculated on hanging weight and you'll be invoiced for the balance after processing. You'll work directly with the processor for your custom cut order and pay them directly for cut and wrap. Pickup in Lewiston, Utah or Fort Bridger, Wyoming.
